RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, kindly contact us at info@okuhleonly.co.za

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

If 7 business days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All of our items are made to order so unfortunately all refunds will be given in the form of store credit/ vouchers.  Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply to you, please contact us at info@okuhleonly.co.za.

We do not do refunds on incorrect sizing of T-shirts so please check the sizing guides prior to ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any delivery fees since the parcel has already made its way to your door. Banking fees are not refundable.

How to return a product

You have two options:

  1. We can book a return for you and the item will be picked up from your supplied address by our couriers. This is charged at R99.
  2. You can book your own return method if you have one. Just email us for more details. No extra charges (except your own) incur with this method. Should you use your own method, please make sure to mail us the tracking details.

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund or exchange. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim.

It can take up to 5 days for us to receive your return, depending on which service is used (our own or yours). 

It is paramount to know that we will always do everything in our capabilities to help you along the way during a refund or exchange process to make sure the procedure is as painless as possible.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of a Gift Card.
Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
Damaged/Defected items
Items returned due to damage/defect will be considered only within the first 6 months.  

We cannot exchange for the same item ie. size or colour as orders are customised per order placed.
