SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERIES WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA
1. Shipping (via Aramex) is charged at R99for orders under R800 to anywhere in South Africa. All orders over R800 qualify for FREE shipping.
- Our courier service delivers weekdays 8am-5pm (excluding public holidays), an office address is therefore recommended if nobody will be at your home during those hours.
- Unfortunately our courier is unable to call prior to delivery due to the high volume of deliveries being completed on a day to day basis.
- Our courier service requires the parcel be received and signed for (one of your representatives / colleagues may sign on your behalf).
- All packages are sent from our Centurion based premises.
- Special requirements; please make a note in the notes column provided on check out, and we’ll be happy to assist wherever possible.
- Couriers can also get stuck in traffic just like the rest of us. Such external circumstances can in some rare cases cause delays to your delivery taking place.
- For exchanges / returns we will charge for the shipping return to OKUHLE ONLY, but will not charge for the shipping back to you.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct.
- We ship orders within 7-10 business days of receipt as production takes that period.
- Orders are placed only upon receipt of payment.
- Once the order is placed you will receive an email notification and will be able to track your order online.
- Orders usually take 2 to 5 working days to arrive once shipped.
- Once the parcel has been sent for shipping, unfortunately no changes can be made to the address. The parcel would have to be returned to us and you will be liable for a new shipping fee for the correct address.
2. Paxi at PEP method of shipping is also available and charged at R60.
- When you place your order you will see the Paxi option.
- You will list the PEP store branch you would like your order to be delivered to.
- Once you receive an SMS from Paxi to collect, go to the chosen PAXI Point (PEP) and collect your parcel using your Proof of Identity (ID, passport or driver’s license) and the collection PIN you received via SMS.
- Collect your order from PEP within 14 days from when you receive the SMS as uncollected parcels will be returned.
- Please make sure to include your cellphone number for this option
3. Collect your order.
- This is the cheapest option. Just make an arrangement with us to collect from our premises.
- We will notify you once the order is ready for collection.
- The order will take a minimum of 7-10 business days to be ready.
Personalised Products: Unfortunately no exchanges or returns can be organised on personalised items.
PLEASE NOTE: Payfast orders are approved & processed immediately. Direct bank transfer (EFT) orders are only processed and completed once the funds have reflected in our bank account; this can take 12 – 48hours. Lead times are delivery times only and do not include the period required for funds to clear in our account. A proof of payment can help speed up this process.
